Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped through Australia Post within 2 business days unless specified otherwise. Shipping of items will only processed on days of operation (Tuesday - Saturday). We will accept orders on Sunday and Monday however, the orders will not be able to be processed until the following Tuesday. 
Standard Australia Post rates apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We will accept returns and exchanges on faulty products but we will not return or exchange for change of mind. If a product is faulty please advise us at infosalonsolace@gmail.com or 0247229402 and we will advise next steps.
